The World Cinema Winter Festival symbolizes the countries of the world coming together in friendly competition and fighting each other with cinematography and character development, not weapons. It is an ancient tradition. But who decides who wins that competition? Why of course it is you, the public. So voting is now open for our first group of contenders for the title of World Cinema Winter Festival Gold Medalist.
